How to Dust Baseboards

July 9, 2013

Alright, are you ready for today’s Tuesday Tip?  I know we’re through the day quite a bit, but I’ve got a huge blog project I’m working on and so so excited to get done.  Yay … anyways, Tuesday Tip!

This one is simple. The greatest part is that learning how to dust baseboards this way can help keep them free of dust longer.  All you need to do it grab a dryer sheet, and some scissors.

Take your scissors, and cut that dryer sheet in half.  Of course, this isn’t necessary, but it makes the dryer sheet last longer.  🙂

Once it’s cut in half, just wipe the tops of your baseboards, and get all the dust off of them.  The great thing about using the dryer sheet, is that it keeps the dust off longer!  So you don’t have to dust them as often!  Hooray for longer lasting cleaning!!

I did the top part of my baseboards (the other parts probably need a good wiping with water, lol).  Here is before I used the dryer sheet.

Here is after the dryer sheet.  This is also a GREAT project for kids to do!!
