Peanut Butter Frozen Hot Chocolate

I found this amazing Frozen Hot Chocolate recipe that is fantastic.  I decided I wanted to try it was peanut butter last time I whipped it up and I totally LOVED it.  I needed to share with you all.

Peanut Butter Frozen Hot Chocolate
Original Recipe from: Tasty Kitchen adapted by Simplistically Sassy

*3 TBSP sugar
*1 package Hot Coco Mix (about 3 TBSP)
*2 TBSP butter
*1/3 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
*1/3 cup Peanut Butter
*12 oz Evaporate Milk, divided
*4 1/2 cups Ice

Toppings/add-ins (optional)
*Whipped Cream
*Mini Marshmallows
*Chocolate Chips

Preparation:
*Combine sugar, cocoa mix, and butter in a pan on medium heat (if you’re super fancy you should do it in a double erectile dysfunction boiler, but I’m not so I totally don’t).
*Stir continuously until butter is melted and forms a paste with the sugar and cocoa mix.
*Add chocolate chips and peanut butter.  Sit until chocolate chips begin to melt.
*Slowly start adding in 1/2 cup evaporated milk.
*Continue to stir until smooth.
*Cool to room temperature (I put the pot in the fridge on a hot pad to cool faster.  I’m super impatient).

*Combine the chocolate mixture with the rest of the milk and the ice in a blender.  You can do this in batches if you need to.
*Blend until smooth.
*Serves 4, top with desired toppings.
