I’ve had this easy Tuesday Tip on the calender for far too long. I’m so excited to share a quick easy tip today for a way you can easily cut in butter.
I recently posted my Apple Pie Crust Bites and I used this method. I also must give credit to some other big food bloggers who I’ve gotten the idea from. So I totally didn’t come up with this. Just loved the idea for a Tuesday Tip.
All you do is grab your stick of butter, grab your cheese grater, and grate your butter into your bowl. Use your pastry cutter, or two knives, or forks, and cut the butter in. Having those smaller pieces of butter to work with makes it a million times easier to actually make a crumble that you’re going for!
