Around Christmas time I was shopping for a little treat for my husband.  He loves ButterFingers, and I found these awesome new ButterFinger Peanut Butter Cups.  Have you seen these things?  They’re pretty incredible.  I grabbed one for him, and figured that combo couldn’t be bad.  He ended up really liking them.  So, when I went into Walmart and saw they had minis, I knew I could do somer super fun things with them.  My girls were being silly while we were there, and I snapped this picture.  This display had all the different varieties they sell.  Seriously you guys, so many options.  This combo takes this treat to a whole new level!  Butterfinger PB Cups

I knew I wanted to take this cup that just got crunchy, and make it something fun and new.  I bought some cookies, marshmallows and decided it’d be so yummy to make a baked s’more pie.  It turned out perfect.  I wasn’t sure what my kids would think of it, but them, and all of our friends kids (who were partying with us) LOVED them.  I included the recipe below so you can try it out.  So yummy.

While we were at Walmart we also found some DiGiorno cheese stuffed crust pizza (hello yum!).  These pizzas have coupons right on the box, so the price is great (about $5.95).  We do a pizza party every Friday night at our house, and I love the option of having a great pizza just in the freezer so I’m not having to run out to buy one with all the kids in tow at the last minute (or having to pay the extra for delivery).

We cut the pizza into stripes and then just made a goal post out of it with some veggies along the bottom.  We had more footballs cut out as well, and then added some carrots to go with those.  It was so good, and everyone loved the pizza goal post.  It’s the perfect, easy game day solution for your football spread.

We also decided to add in an ice cream bar using Dryers Grand Ice Cream.  It has awesome little football shaped chocolates filled with caramel and the ice cream is swirled with chocolate and caramel.  Oh so good.  We added the ButterFinger Peanut Butter Cup Minis chopped, mini marshmallows, and some animal crackers to our ice cream bar to just spruce it up.  You could even add the ButterFinger S’mores onto the ice cream!

I’m so excited to share some great game day ideas today.  We had some friends over the other day and decided to try out some ideas for game day, to see how the kids liked them, and everything passed with flying colors, and it’s making us excited to watch the big game soon.

I’m super excited to share our baked s’mores and other game day ideas.  They’re simple, inexpensive, but still will be great for any crowd, big or small.
