Do you have a specific day that drive you insane?!? That one day in the week that is so busy you have to prep yourself the night before for all that is coming.
You know you’ve got to get dinner on the table at some point, and you don’t have a lot of time to make something, but you still want your family to eat a good meal.
You guys, Wednesday are my CRAZY day. My husband is going to grad school right now, and he leave for work at 7:30 AM and is back at 11:00 PM. That’s a REALLY long day with 6 kids. Plus my kids have early out day that day, and it’s our church activity night for my 2 oldest, and I have church meetings every other Wednesday evening after my kids are in bed – so I feel obligated to clean my house. It’s a little stressful, and sometimes dinner is lacking in a MAJOR way.
While I was doing my regular shopping at Walmart I decided to grab some STOUFFER’S® Mac & Cheese (LOVED seeing that it has no preservatives and REAL cheddar!). With 8 people (well, 7 on Wednesday nights), I had to get the family size. We love STOUFFER’S® but hadn’t tried the Mac & Cheese before. I knew I wanted to combine it with my sister-in-laws incredibly easy Mini Meatloaves.
Next time you’re having a crazy night run to Walmart (I know you’ve got one close by), and pick up some STOUFFER’S® Mac & Cheese (this is a great deal to buy two family size or bigger 28 oz., earn $2.00), one pound ground beef, and dry stuffing mix, and you’ll be set for a crazy easy dinner!
